The rapid urbanization and rise in plastic consumption have increased plastic waste production, with India generating over 25,000 tons of plastic waste daily. A study by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) highlighted that plastic waste constitutes an average of 6.92% of the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) across major cities in India, with higher concentrations in cities like Chandigarh (3.10%) and Surat (12.47%). Additionally, around 94% of this waste is made up of thermoplastic materials—such as PET, LDPE, HDPE, and PVC—that can be recycled, while the remaining 6% includes non-recyclable plastics like fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP), thermocol, and other complex multi-layered plastics.

Our Process

Waste Collection and Segregation

Waste is gathered from multiple locations and transported to our facilities. Here, it undergoes sorting, ensuring only viable materials enter the recycling stream.
Inspection and Washing

Plastics are thoroughly washed with biodegradable soap to remove impurities, preparing them for further processing.
Chopping and Granulation

Cleaned plastic is chopped into small pieces and converted into granules, which are either used directly in manufacturing new products or supplied for secondary processing.
Final Processing

Granulated plastic is transformed into products like crafting paper, boards for construction, or even innovative items sold in the open market.
